Featured Artist in February: Rudimentary Peni

One of my favourite Anarcho-Punk bands from England. They formed back in 1980, emerging from the London Punk Scene. Nick Blinko, founding member and singer/guitarist, is well known for his darkened pen-and-ink art that is also reflected in the band's lyrics. I really lile their very basic style, CRASSish style of sound. Although Nick Blinko suffers from a multitude of mental disorders the band is still active to the present day.

Rudimentary Peni also run their own record label called "Outer Himalayan Records" where the band has most recently reissued a remastered version of their 1983 classic "Death Church".
