Maybelline are one of those brands who really have been getting it right recently with products like the Colour Tattoos and Colour show Nail Polishes coming out. They have always seemed to be the go-to brand for mascara though. I now have 2 Maybelline Mascaras in my collection and I already have my eyes on another one from them I'd love to try! Today I'm talking about the newest addition to their range, the Mega Plush Mascara.

Mega Plush is different from all other Maybellines mascara and any other mascaras thinking about it. The wand bends slightly, you can see the dip in the wand above. At first I was certain the bendable wand would make application difficult but it only bends slightly when it comes into contact with your lashes so application is actually quite easy! It costs your lashes with mascara softly creating fluttery lashes that aren't weighed down with lots of mascara.
You can use one coat of this mascara and achieve a really lovely everyday look, it gives you length and a little volume. You can step things up though and use a second coat which gives your lashes a lot more volume. I like just using one coat for a nice everyday look but this would be good for a night-time mascara as well!I do find it flakes a little bit by the end of the day but it is really hot in the UK at the moment so the heat probably isn't helping that!
At first I was reluctant to purchase this as it is £7.99 (my favourite mascara is £3!) but, I am glad that I picked it up as it has become a favourite of mine!
