Blake Lively's Matiko Wedge Boots

Blake Lively might be going all Marilyn Monroe in the latest Gossip Girl shots, but she was lovely in a simple Dolce & Gabbana sweater and mini combo for the premiere of Haywire in New York. 

Blake also wore some ribbed tights and lace-up Matiko wedge booties.
